Elizabeth supports faculty after proposals are awarded.

She handles post-award budget monitoring, projections, and revisions, new award and spend down meetings, personnel (EPS, SHRA, Temps, and Post-docs), dual employment, effort reporting, buyout (GCRT), summer pay, and supplemental pay for all of HHP (KINE, HEP, HDFS, IDMR, RCSC, SSW.)

Jennifer manages the ADR’s Office.

She is HHP’s Associate Dean for Research and is available for consultations to help faculty strategize external funding, solve problems with research administration, and connect with the right resources for successful proposals.

Karen supports faculty in submitting proposals, including budget development, and RFP compliance.

She is the first point of contact for the following: RFP/FOA Analysis, Compliance Checklists, Proposal Development, HUB Proposal Package Review, eTRACS Initiation, Provide Guidance to New PIs, Budget Development, Subcontract Initiation, Sub-recipient Liaison, Letters of Guarantee, No Cost Extensions.

Tamikia supports faculty after proposals are awarded.

She handles purchasing, payments of invoices, tracking and payments of service agreements, travel, gift cards, maintaining and supporting ProCard transactions of investigators,  hiring of students, direct payment for students, grant-based tuition and scholarship payments, contractual services payments, REDE and College Startup, URCA and Grant Funding for all of HHP (KINE, HEP, HDFS, IDMR, RCSC, SSW.)

Kerry is responsible for supporting faculty before proposals are awarded and developing HHP’s research capacity.

Kerry leads the HHP Research and Evaluation Partnerships and associated methods cores, provides training to faculty, links HHP researchers with external funders, and runs the HHP Research Collaborator Discovery Lunches.
