She is the first point of contact for the following: Award Grant Management, New Grant Award Meetings with PI, Effort Reporting, Grant Summer Pay, Grant Salary Buyout (GCRT), Grant Budget Projections, Grant Budget Revisions After Award, Award Closeout Assistance, Dual Employment (EHRA).
Joseph manages the ADR’s Office.
He is HHP’s Associate Dean for Research and is available for consultations to help faculty strategize external funding, solve problems with research administration, and connect with the right resources for successful proposals.
Elizabeth supports faculty after proposals are awarded.
She is the first point of contact for the following: Graduate Assistant and Undergrad Contracts, Grant-based Tuition and Scholarship Payments, Travel, Direct Pays, Purchasing, Invoices, Contractual Services Payments, Dual Employment Forms (SHRA), Gift Cards, Start Up Funding, F&A Balances and Spending, and BIC reports. (Wendy Beachum is the contact for funds administered in the Human Performance Lab.)
Elisabeth supports the ADR’s office by coordinating pilot projects and newsletters.
Elisabeth is also a research coordinator for the NC site of the NIH-funded Rutgers Center of Excellence in Rapid Surveillance in Tobacco and supports research in the Department of Health Education and Promotion.
Mary supports faculty in submitting proposals, including budget development, and RFP compliance.
She is the first point of contact for the following: RFP/FOA Analysis, Compliance Checklists, Proposal Development, HUB Proposal Package Review, eTRACS Initiation, Provide Guidance to New PIs, Budget Development, Subcontract Initiation, Sub-recipient Liaison, Letters of Guarantee, No Cost Extensions.
Kerry promotes the development of HHP’s research efforts.
As HHP’s Research Development Director, she is responsible for supporting faculty before proposals are awarded and developing HHP’s research capacity.
