OHA Affiliates
The Office of Healthy Aging (OHA) at East Carolina University currently houses over 25 research affiliates across various departments, schools, and colleges. OHA affiliates collectively work to advance transdisciplinary research, education, and community service initiatives to promote healthy aging. Our affiliates are trained in multiple disciplines which include, but are not limited to: emergency medicine, geriatric medicine, geriatric nursing, dentistry, pharmacology, kinesiology, occupational therapy, vocational therapy, nutrition, public health, biostatistics, epidemiology, health education, behavioral and cognitive psychology, gerontology, sociology, social work, and criminal justice.
