Field Inclusive for research event held at ECU
Students, faculty and staff who are engaged in outdoor fieldwork and research were provided an ideal opportunity to learn, develop and brainstorm Sept. 20 at the East Carolina University Main Campus Student Center for the social field safety workshop with Field Inclusive.
Insight and perspective were key as participants filled the room for engaging conversations, group discussion and feedback to various scenarios within research settings. Presentations were led by Field Inclusive representatives Lauren D. Pharr and Kayla Stukes.
The event was organized by Kerry Sewell, research development director for the College of Health and Human Performance, and hosted by HHP with the Coastal Studies Institute and the Water Resources Center at ECU.
