New video about military family readiness academy
Dr. Kayla Fitzke is the spouse employment principal investigator for OneOp, an inter-university cooperative agreement project that produced a video about new military family readiness academy programming. The video is available to watch on YouTube, featuring two of the military family readiness leaders in a briefing from the Pentagon.
This new free professional development series for service providers, educators and leaders on economic security for military families OneOp says is focused on economic security and family well-being, including an on-demand course and three webinars.
Fitzke is an assistant professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science in the College of Health and Human Performance, and director of the East Carolina University medical family therapy doctoral program. She provided insight and more about OneOp, which aims to further the services professionals provide to military families at the regional and national levels, in an HHP News release.
