HHP alum Chandler Nobles: 30 under 30

The National Recreation and Parks Association named East Carolina University College of Health and Human Performance alum Chandler Nobles as a 30 under 30 winner.

Nobles, 27, a graduate of the Department of Recreation Sciences, was featured in Parks & Recreation, the official publication of NCRA.

Nobles is a youth athletics supervisor in Valdosta, Georgia, for the Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority. The publication noted that Nobles has led implementation of artificial intelligence in parks and recreation and has made a direct impact in community participation, growing the Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority youth soccer program’s participation by 200 percent and baseball participation by 150 percent.
