WNCT coverage highlights HHP’s Mullen

Juliann Mullen, 32, a Spring 2024 graduate in birth through kindergarten teacher education, was interviewed by WNCT as part of the local TV staton’s coverage of ECU graduation.

Mullen’s interview and other video is available on WNCT’s website, including the first-generation college graduate and Pitt County Schools employee Mullen smiling and proudly saying: “I’m 32 years old. There’s no timeline. Just really enjoying yourself and going out and pursuing what you love, finding your why has been my biggest thing.”

HHP’s birth-kindergarten education undergraduate program is part of the Department of Human Development and Family Science.
