Eldridge, Hiatt on regional panel virtual event

An April 10 Southeast Region event supporting substance misuse prevention, harm reduction and recovery will include East Carolina College of Health and Human Performance representatives Dr. Lori Ann Eldridge and student Reese Hiatt, who is president of ECU’s Team Awareness Combatting Overdose.

This “Building Bridges: Fostering Community-Campus Collaboration for Substance Use Prevention, Harm Reduction, & Recovery” event is scheduled virtually for April 10 from noon-1:30 p.m.

The official event website states that a panel of regional experts will share insights, best practices and success stories, empowering participants with the knowledge needed to implement successful initiatives. Eldridge is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Education and Promotion.
